Frequently asked questions
Here are some common questions about our subscription plans.
Choosing a subscription plan allows you to receive the benefits of continuous warranty, as well as give you access to advanced features - PDF reports, cloud interface, training, and many more.
The standard subscription contract length is 2 years. If you would like a longer contract, please let us know.
We’ll be in touch to offer you three options:
- you can continue using the same device and paying the same amount, or
- upgrade to a new contract and latest device (£0 hardware fee for the premium plan!)
- stop using the device and end the plan
You can cancel the subscription and return the device within the first 30 days since the delivery of the device. After that, you can cancel at any point but a cancellation fee will apply, which will be 1 year of subscription fees or the equivalent remaining fee until the end of the contract, whichever is lower.
